RECOMMENDED READING LISTS for KS3 and KS4
We are often asked for reading lists for students and we have various ways of providing these to you and your child.
The easiest way for you to help your child to find their next book(s) is to use the WH library catalogue, Oliver. The link is below.

On the Oliver home page, you will find a link to WOOLMER HILL RECOMMENDED READING.
This will take you to a wide-ranging set of lists based on genre, previous reads, favourite authors and many more suggestions.
Another way for your children to get a personalised reading list is to use the Google Forms in the KS3 English Library Classroom.
Our librarian, Mrs Ewing, will create a reading list based on your child's interests and preferences.
Accelerated Reader suggests books for each individual student, based on their recent reading choices, which they can find on their Bookshelf in AR, and our eLibrary also offers suggested titles and new authors for each reader to try.
We hope that this information will help you to find the next good read!
