Congratulations go to our Year 11 students this year, who have worked hard, done themselves proud, and produced our best ever set of results.

Despite national pass rates falling again this year, our students have achieved a stellar set of results and have smashed all records.

Results for 2024 are our best ever with the provisional Progress 8 measure showing that on average students achieved nearly one whole grade better than expected for all their GCSEs (progress measured from KS2 data). This  amazing achievement of +0.93 for P8 puts us in the top 3% in the country for progress. 

Our attainment measures are also up on previous years with the % of students achieving both Maths and English at level 4+ standing at 83%, and those achieving both Maths and English at level 5+ standing at 65%.

The % of students achieving 5+ GCSEs including Maths and English at grades 4+ stands at 78% and those achieving 5+GCSEs including Maths and English at grades 5+ is at 63% (both figures up on previous years). Nearly 40% of all GCSEs were achieved at grades 9 to 7.
