Community Governor

I am an experienced Deputy Headteacher with a strong background in Safeguarding, Special Educational Needs (SEN), and Behaviour across Primary, Secondary, and Alternative Provision settings. I have worked closely with teams to develop effective strategies that support both pupils and staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

My approach focuses on strategic planning and practical solutions that help schools meet the diverse needs of their communities. I believe in fostering a growth mindset and resilience, particularly when navigating challenges in education.

With a keen interest in school leadership and development, I am continually expanding my knowledge across all key stages. My goal is to contribute to school improvement in a way that benefits both pupils and staff, helping to create environments where every learner can succeed.
